What grind should I choose?

Choose Whole Bean if you have a grinder. For a cafetière, select Cafetière (coarse). For a filter machine, V60 or AeroPress, select Filter (medium). For an espresso machine, select Espresso (fine). For an AeroPress using espresso-style brewing, select AeroPress.

Where do your coffees come from?

Dead Simple Coffee sources beans from 10 countries including Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Rwanda, Sumatra and Mexico. All coffees are roasted fresh to order by specialist UK roasters Limini Coffee in Yorkshire.

Is Dead Simple Coffee a subscription service?

Dead Simple Coffee sells individual bags as well as offering a subscription. The Subscribe & Save option lets you automate deliveries at a 10% discount. You can also buy one-off without subscribing.

What is your returns and refund policy?

Dead Simple Coffee offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your coffee for any reason, contact hello@deadsimplecoffee.co.uk and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, no faff.
